    • What is the difference between annual and month-to-month?

      It is the same all-in-one platform either way. Annual is our best value at $129 a month, billed yearly. Month-to-month is $169 a month with no lock-in, so you can change or cancel as your restaurant changes. Most owners start on annual because it is cheaper and the platform pays for itself once direct orders replace marketplace commission.

    • Do I have to buy hardware?

      On an annual plan you can run on the hardware you already have. Month-to-month plans include a hardware purchase. Either way, you can add terminals, printers and kitchen screens from our hardware range, or bring your own compatible kit. We tell you exactly what reuses your existing devices before go-live.

    • Do you charge commission on my orders?

      No. Every order through your own branded site, app and POS is yours, with no commission taken. Your subscription is a flat monthly cost, not a cut of your sales. Third-party marketplaces still charge their own fees where you choose to list, but that is separate from Next Order and your direct orders stay commission-free.

    • How does card processing work?

      Card processing is a simple flat per-transaction rate, the same whether a guest orders at the counter, online or over the phone. Surcharges and tips appear as their own lines, and every payment reconciles to its order automatically. Ask us for the current rate for your region and volumes on the demo.

    • What does the Custom plan include?

      Custom is for larger and multi-location groups. You get everything in the all-in-one plan plus HQ reporting across sites, per-store menus, role-based permissions, an audit log, custom integrations, a dedicated account manager and an uptime guarantee. We quote it around your group, so book a call and we will size it to how you operate.

    • Can I change plans later?

      Yes. Move from month-to-month to annual to lock in the lower price, or step up to Custom when you add a second location. Adding a site usually takes a short call to set it up so the reporting reads the way you want it to. We quote before anything changes, so there are no surprises at renewal.
